Southwest Philadelphia

Southwest Philadelphia is one of the regions major employment centers due to the Philadelphia International Airport.  Various highways and transit lines, including bus and regional rail, converge to serve this major economic hub.  Southwest Philadelphia is also connected to several existing and planned regional bicycle trails that connect the neighborhood with areas across the Philadelphia region.  Commuter Connection is working with employers in and around the airport to shift some of the more than 14,000 commuters to a more active, healthy, sustainable commute via multi-modal transit.
